Request a repair

All general repairs and maintenance requests must be made in writing to our office.

To help make the process easier, you can do this by using our FREE Tenant Maintenance Reporting App (designed for smart phones and tablets) or our Tenant Web Portal.

To avoid any delays, when logging your maintenance please provide a thorough description of the issue, along with a make and model number (if an appliance, air conditioner, etc) and attach any photos if possible.

The quickest way to have repairs attended to is by giving the tradesperson the authority to use Love Realty’s system keys to access the property.

Please note that if you make a time to meet a tradesperson at your property and you do not show up, you will be responsible to pay the tradesperson call out fee.
