What I LOVE about LOVE. My sale was a relatively lengthy one, some 4 months over Christmas and New Year. Bad timing on my part. That didn’t deter LOVE, in fact they gave me their very best. I had 4 agents all working on my case. I had in excess of 25 potential buyers shown through my small property. LOVE work 24/7, weekends and nights are often the best times for some people looking to purchase. It’s a nice feeling to walk away from a sale feeling you and they ( LOVE) have done absolutely everything to get the price I wanted. Special mention to ” the dynamic Dan” who thinks outside the square and knows his job, oh so well! Reviews often ask ” would you recommend ” I say ” there is no other” Happy as a pig in LOVE!

We have just listed our property with Love after being with a lack-lustre agent for 3 months. Already they have exceeded our expectations with BRILLIANT photography from Tristan, who has done an exceptional job and has come back to get some ‘dusk’ shots as well. His professionalism is way beyond his years and his eye for detail is captivating. It is a privilege that we write a testimonial about our recent experience in selling our home with LOVE Realty.
We had arrived early to an Open House in our suburb back in August 2017 and had noticed the Agent sweeping the front verandah of the property, then leading the owners dogs to a car and generally helping the owner vacate the property for the Open House. It was all done with great care and consideration that we knew immediately that this Agent was the one we wanted to… sell our home. When the Agent followed up our visit to the Open House with a phone call that evening, we explained that we were thinking about selling our home, could she come and give us an Appraisal? Her name is Karen Gudelj and she is our face of LOVE Realty. We have been in our home for over 30 years so the ins and outs of selling it we thought would be a bit daunting. Karen was right by our side from the very beginning, answering every question we had, even the ones that might seem stupid. She arranged a great Conveyancer and the team at LOVE took care of the Internet photos and publicity. Karen believes in a team approach, with you as the home owner being part of that team, but I must stress here that she does know her stuff. With years of experience in the real estate field and excellent communication and people skills it is so important that sellers listen. Karen’s negotiating skills are brilliant and she will work extremely hard to get the best price for your home. Her warmth and positivity are such an asset to this organisation, she brings confidence when you feel like things are not going so well. Selling a home can be an emotional experience, for Kerry and I there was some of that at times. We had each other and we were so glad that we chose Karen as our Agent.
