For as long as he can remember, Liam Cromarty has grown up with a dad who is, to put it mildly, a high achiever in real estate. Seeing his dad Steve put in the “hard yards” and bring about successful outcomes for his clients has been a source of inspiration to Liam who already describes himself as an “aspiring industry leader”. 

What sets Liam apart is his ability to ensure each client feels as though they are truly part of the LOVE family. When asked what is one of the most important aspects of real estate, Liam answers, “Real estate is much more than market knowledge, bricks and mortar, and achieving awards that only other agents care about. Whether selling or buying, I understand it is one of the largest transactions in people’s lives. You need to be available when clients are available and have high-level regard of care for people”.  

“How do I know real estate is much more than awards and bricks and mortar? I not only work in the real estate industry, but I actively invest in the industry. Building a property portfolio firsthand gives me the ability to navigate my clients through the buying and selling process, and gives me the ability to provide a higher level of service when it comes to creating wealth through property.
