What's my “why”. Real estate: some people are in it for the money, however for me, it's the rewarding feeling of helping an owner sell their largest, sometimes most meaningful asset, so they can move on to the next chapter in their lives.
I have also experienced being a buyer, and feeling the heartache of finding the home you've been searching for, but losing it to another buyer. I believe this helps me sympathise with purchasers and understand their sense of urgency when pursuing a home.
