Book a property appraisal
An agent can still come to your property to conduct the appraisal, however we understand you might want to limit the amount of people entering your home.
Therefore an alternative is to conduct the appraisal virtually via video conference. The platforms we are using Facetime, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other tech platforms, you can walk us through your property which in conjunction with the available data online, market trends and our local knowledge, will enable us to provide you with an accurate appraisal.
Method of sale
LOVE is the only real estate business operating the one team model in Australia, which has required no changes as to how we normally operate this means at LOVE its business as usual in conjunction with the current covid-19 requirements. Our team as always is working closely with serious buyers who are pre-qualified with finance approval and cross matching their property criteria with our sellers' properties. In the past week, we have sold several properties off market so depending on local demand, this could be an option for you.
Alternatively, if we don’t have an immediate buyer for your property, our team of agents will discuss with you the best method of sale for your property.
Presentation and marketing of your property
We are the only company in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and They Hunter who has a full in house media team, we are able to provide 3D Floor plans, Video, photography and Virtual Reality inspecions. We will organise our media team to come and take the professional photos, floor plan and videos needed to list your property for sale. We will then promote it across our website, real estate portals including Domain and realestate.com.au, our database of buyers and social media channels to achieve maximum exposure and interest.
We will pre-qualify the buyers to ensure they have finance pre-approval before scheduling a private inspection.
Under the current restrictions by the Government, a maximum of two people can inspect a property at a time (including the agent) unless the buyers are from the same household. Our agents will escort buyers through your property and ensure they don’t touch any surfaces where possible in addition to sanitising door handles at the completion of the inspection.

Choose your conveyancer
Our team at LOVE can recommend a conveyancer that are fully equipped to manage this process digitally including virtual client meetings and Docusign. Our conveyancers work hand in hand with our agents to ensure a smooth, seamless process for our clients and thereby remove any unnecessary stress.
Your agent and conveyancer will work with the buyer in the lead up to settlement day to ensure a smooth handover and that all legal obligations are fulfilled. Once all the relevant documents have been lodged and the final payment made, your agent will arrange for the keys to be handed over.
