Please note, our rental offices are cashless and we do not hold cash on the premises, nor are we able to supply change. You cannot pay your rent using cash.

  • Useful tips
  • Nominate one person in the household to be responsible for making rent payments.
  • Pay your rent in weekly amounts.
  • Do not allow sharing tenants to pay their individual portions of rent separately. Remember, if one of the share tenants overlooks a payment the rent falls into arrears which is the responsibility of all parties to the lease. You should be aware that all tenants are jointly and separately liable for any debt of the tenancy.
  • Maintain up-to-date records that clearly show the payment situation between all the tenants.
  • If there is only one tenant on the lease keep accurate records of all your payments.

  • tenant’s name
  • street address
  • suburb
  • new home phone number
  • new mobile phone number
  • new work phone number
  • new email address
  • new postal address

 

If your employment details have changed:

  • new employer’s name
  • new employer’s contact number
  • new employer’s address
