Training

What will it take to get me started?

All new recruits will undergo a hectic training schedule and mandatory probation period. Targets will be set in all areas and need to be met in order to advance to the next stage of recruitment. In order to flourish in the LOVE Realty environment you must be dedicated with a strong will to learn and succeed.

Administration Officer

We have an exciting opportunity available for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our administration department to fulfil the role of Administration Officer. To be successful in this position you will have good communication, reporting, and administrative skills with the abilty to manage a high volume of incoming calls. This position offers future development opportunities within this fast growing company.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrate a high standard of communication, both oral and written
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently demonstrating attention to detail

Entry Level Sales/Cadet

Want to be a professional sales agent? Then a cadet role is a step in the right direction. Learn from the best in the business, working alongside and assisting our sales team in their daily activities such as Open Homes, Buyer Inspections and Listing Appointments. Learn how to build client relationships by prospecting for buyers and sellers through our extensive prospecting program. Generous retainer and great commissions.
A current Certificate of Registration is required for this position.

Selling Agent

Do you LOVE to sell? We require a forward-thinking professional with a desire to succeed, who is willing to work long hours to be a top seller within the real estate industry. Diligence and personality are a must as is being proactive in your approach to selling. Your core role will involve sourcing buyers, buyer inspections, follow up and reaching set targets. Generous retainer and ground-breaking new commission structure.
A current Certificate of Registration is required for this position.

Senior Agent 

If you are a strong listing agent and have a large database of past clients (who LOVE you) then read on! A listing Salesperson at LOVE Realty will specialise in listing. With dedicated specialist buyer agents helping you sell your stock, your main emphasis is to find and list new properties. Our support team will attend to many of the distractions that currently take your valuable attention so that every one of your LOVE Realty clients has the feeling that they are your only client.
